Hi, I’m Michelle, thank you for taking the time to read about me. I set up my virtual assistant business to fulfil my ambition of being my own boss because I thrive on learning new skills and having the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients. 

 

I have worked in London for over 16 years, mainly for health organisations. My most recent role was within a small team providing healthcare consultancy to NHS Trusts, and this involved coordinating logistics for review visits, communicating with stakeholders, improving processes, project support and general administration. I was also PA to the registrar (one of whom was former President of the organisation) and an executive director.

I am qualified in psychological coaching and have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds to help them to manage stress by improving resilience, time management, and communication skills. Using my knowledge and skills, I was Wellbeing lead for my employer and was in charge of managing the delivery of in-house workshops for staff centred around mental health, physicial activity and training sessions.

 

My background and experience working with medical consultants, nurse advisers, senior management and many different teams in complex environments means that my clients can be reassured they are working with a VA who is professional, reliable and efficient.
