  • Proofreading for spelling, grammar and editing to ensure copy is fit for purpose.
  • Processes including reviewing and implementing/improving ways the business functions on a day-to-day basis.
  • Basic website updates including uploading new information/updates and editing copy.

Email management

  • Reply to emails/enquiries, create folders/subfolders, auto-responders, periodic checks, schedule meetings and appointments, unsubscribe from lists and manage scam.

Social media management

  • Scheduling and moderating including using client’s content and creating posts/writing copy, scheduling for future use, moderating, engagement and replying to messages.
  • Creating social assets using Canva.

General admin

  • Document creation and management – letter templates, email templates, documents and filing.
  • Document Conversion – word to pdf and vice versa.
  • Data entry and management.
  • Invoicing including creating, sending and chasing.
  • Logging expenses onto spreadsheet or online accounting software using FreeAgent.
